Supresoft Announces Release of VirtuoZo Software Version 3.5

Supresoft (China) announces a new version V3.5 of VirutoZo, a Full Digital Photogrammetric System. Combine 25 years of experience, with its most advanced and unique matching algorithm, first conceived by Prof. Zhizhuo Wang (Academician of the Chinese Academy of Science, Honorary Member of ISPRS), and developed by Prof. Zuxun Zhang , VirtuoZo continues to earn a great deal of appreciation and respect from customers and competitors worldwide.

Major changes in Version 3.5


• The operation guided by wizard is added.
• Provide the detailed online tutorial with optional sample data and flexible online help
• Support TIN completely
• Support multiple DEM formats conversion
• Better compatible with the data in the formats of Albany and ImageStation photogrammetric workstations.
• Fully support data sets of IKONOS, QUICKBIRD, LIDAR and the metric digital camera.
• Directly read in data in the formats of TILED JPED TIFF from HELAVA (the tiled compressed TIFF data)
• New module of detection and error correction
• Module of Map Maker with new features
• Support Japanese symbol library completely

Enhancements of Vlink.Olympus

• The newly enhanced digital mapping system Vlink.Olympus, the interface with MicroStation, not only keeps the strong edit function of MicroStation but also enables the vector data overlay on the stereo model to fulfill data collection.
• Adopt the international common data format to save the result, which ensure the products more acceptable.
• Provide two kinds of solutions: Double screen system and Single screen system.
• Provide many practical automatic functions, such as semi-automatic contours interpolation, automatic complex line types overlay, automatic contours break, automatic 2D/3D capture and automatic contours annotation etc.
• Integrate with the whole national symbol library and railway standard symbol library.
• Combine the collection and editing with GIS together in real sense, which avoids data lost and simplifies the procedure of data conversion.
• Provide many new functions of data collection and editing for re-development to meet the requirements from various aspects.
• Support various kinds of import equipments and observation modes.
• Support the Lidar data formats.
• Support reference vector data file, which is convenient to link file.
• Provide function of DEM grid point manual editing, which is convenient to generate DEM for users.

• Support the footdisk with three keys. The new type of footdisk has a middle key besides the traditional left key and right key, which is mainly used for vector capture and snap and make the operation much more efficient.
• Support the new equipments from the third party, such as the handwheel and footdisk with the interface of PCI-BUS, which makes the application much more popular.
• In the new version, more dialog boxes replace the command input, which makes the operation easier. It also adds the function of dialog box automatic management, which makes the dialog boxes on the screen simultaneously as few as possible and the operation area on the screen larger.
• Support the new hardwares, such as Nbidia Quardo.
• The close elements are saved with Shape mode, which is convenient for users to make post-process like editing or storage.

All the functions support "Key in" mode, which is convenient for re-development.
