ImageXuite RS system provides the functions of automatic and semi-automatic mosaic, which can mosaic both the original images and orthoimages (including dodging, color balance, geometric and color smooth transition) to produce high quality image, especially for the large scale images of urban area.

In this example, we use ImageXuite RS to mosaic the original images, the upper figure represents the original images before mosaic, while the lower figure shows the image after processing such as dodging etc. The remote sensing image which has been processed by ImageXuite RS has effectively resolved the problems of the geometric distortion at both sides of the mosaic lines, image distortion and the rough tone transition etc.
