LICENSE PURCHASE WORKFLOW

If you are interested with Supresoft Products, and also would like to have an evaluation or testing, please follow our workflow as below:

1. Registration

Please fill up the Customer Registration Form to submit some basic information to us and we will contact you within TWO business days. (See Customer Registration Form)

2. Evaluation license

If you’re the first time of requesting evaluation license, you need to completely fill up the License Request Form and send to Supresoft via email or facsimile. The most important item of the License Request Form is your Host ID on which our evaluation license will be encrypted. (See License Request Form and How to Get PC Host ID)

After we confirmed your License Request Form, we will issue you a 14-day temporary license by email within two business days. As you receive the evaluation license, please start to evaluate it as soon as possible due to the evaluation license was in active after we issued. (See Notice for Running Temporary License)

During evaluating license, please give your comments on any side of our products and services. Meanwhile, we would like to realize your intention of purchase issue. Only we get the expression of your purchase intention and comments of our products and services, we can move to the step of Evaluation License Again except you make the decision to purchase our products after evaluated first 14-day temporary license.  3. Evaluation License Again

After we evaluated and considered your situation in Purchase Intention and Comments Form, we may issue another 14-day temporary license to you, if you really have some difficulties in making decisions after completed evaluation of first 14-day temporary license. Normally, the accumulated period of temporary license can not been over ONE month (30 days).

4. Order

If you decide to purchase Supresoft Products after the evaluation, please send an Purchase Order Form to us via email or facsimile. Supresoft will then issue you an invoice of order confirmation, which includes the bank transfer details. (See Purchase Order Form)

5. Payment of License Fee

Within ONE (1) month since the release of the invoice, you need to make payment of purchased products or services enclosed in the invoice.

6. Permanent license

Supresoft will issue permanent license and deliver relative materials to you by DHL within two business days after we confirmed your payment. Before we ship your purchased products and services, please send us your accurate courier deliver address for confirmation. (See Courier Deliver Address Form)
