Supresoft Inc was founded by the Wuhan Technical University of Surveying & Mapping ( WTUSM , now is merged in Wuhan University ) in 1996 and invested by SoftBank Inc. and Intel Pacific Inc.

Supresoft Inc . specializes in the development of software packages concerning GPS (global positioning system), RS (remote sensing) and GIS (geographic information system) techniques based on the core techniques developed by Supresoft itself. Supresoft owns plenty of advanced techniques in the photogrammetric field, such as image matching with high accuracy and efficiency, 3D (three-dimension) modeling and complex surface texture mapping, 3D images fast roaming and dynamic detection of industrial parts etc. Especially, the image matching technique ranks the first class in the world and catches a lot of concerns in the international photogrammetric field.

Supresoft 's proprietary spatical data processing software, VirtuoZo (a full digital photogrammetric system), is one of the most advanced surveying and mapping software suites available today. IMAGIS , developed by Supresoft , comprehensively integrates Digital Elevation Models (DEM), Digital Orthophoto Maps (DOM), Digital Raster Graphics (DRG) and Digital Line Graphics (DLG) to create a visual and virtual reality, based on GIS. 

ImageXuite RS , using our core image matching and fusion techniques, has the ability to quickly and accurately make registration and rectification of remote sensing images and seamless mosaic of aerial and satellite images.
